Delivery Information

We are committed to ensuring your delivery experience is as easy and convenient as possible. If you have any questions regarding delivery please call our Qantas Wine Advisors on 1800 505 004. They are available Monday-Saturday between 8am-7pm (AEST except AU-wide public holidays)

Delivery is free for Qantas Wine Premium members or for anyone who spends $300 and above.  

Delivery to your door 

  • via standard delivery for wine products and spirits:  Have your wine delivered to your door. 

  • via partner delivery for food and accessories: Qantas Wine has partnered with a selection of suppliers that will deliver your items straight to your door. These items will be delivered in a separate package sent directly by our partners and can sometimes have delivery restrictions (see product detail page).

  • Delivery fees will apply to Qantas Frequent Flyer members who are not Qantas Wine Premium members and do not spend $300 or over. These fees range from $7 (city) to $19 (country).

Delivery to your door

Qantas Wine offers delivery within Australia. 

  • Free delivery on orders of $300 or over ~
  • Qantas Wine Premium members will receive free delivery on all orders as one of the benefits of their membership.

Can I get my order delivered to my door when I'm not at home?

You can select the “Authority To Leave” option at checkout, and choose the delivery instructions from the drop-down list. The delivery instruction options available at checkout are:

  • Leave in a secure location near the front door
  • Leave in a secure location in carport/garage
  • Leave in a secure location behind gate/ fence
  • Leave at reception or concierge

If you do not give us authority to leave your order at the delivery address, your wine will be delivered to the post office for collection. For more information about delivery, visit our FAQ’s >

How is my Wine Plan delivered?

If you subscribe to a Wine Plan each case will be shipped within 48 hours of your payment being processed for that case.

Your quarterly Wine Plan will be posted to the default address that is saved in your Qantas Wine My Account section as at the time of processing your payment. Make sure you keep this information up to date so that you do not miss any deliveries. Any updates you make to your Qantas Frequent Flyer Your Account section will not automatically transfer to your Qantas Wine My Account details; you must update both of these separately.

How do I check the status of my order?

Simply go to My Account section of the website, under Order History, and select your order number to view the delivery status. Here are the different statuses of an order:
  • Created- your order has been received and is being processed
  • Shipped - your order has been sent
  • Cancelled - your order has been cancelled
