How to make a Christmas Spritz 

1. Fill punchbowl with ice

2. Add 120 ml St-Germain Elderflower liqueur

3. 50ml orange bitters

4. 120ml Brookies Byron Slow Gin

5. 1 bottle of Chandon Brut Rose 

6. Add your favourite summer fruits

7. Stir thorougly. Garnish with berries and mint.

Looking for something easy to contribute to the family Christmas lunch? This easy cocktail sauce is the perfect match for fresh king prawns. All you need is:

  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp horseradish 
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce

Mix to combine and grab a plate of fresh king prawns to serve. You're ready to dip.
