Cullen Mangan MOSH Field Blend 2017 was produced on a certified biodynamic, carbon neutral and naturally powered estate. The wine was partially fermented 'on skins' in a traditional manner using indigenous yeats. There was no acid addition and limited fining, giving the land's song a louder voice in the glass. Subtle stone fruit nuances and very refined grassy undertones, with a fantastic concentration with the oak providing further length. A marvellous combination of citrus, guava, nectarine with great minerality on the finish.
