Created in the 1920s, this blended X.O Cognac is created exclusively from eaux-de-vie from the Grand Champagne region. It has a light hue, despite its age, and is dry as it has no added sweetener. Elegant and extremely delicate, after being aged in well-seasoned Limousin oak casks in Delamain's relatively damp cellars near the River Charente. The Pale & Dry X.O label shows the city of Jarnac and its castle in 1610, taken from an engraving by Claude Chastillon.
