The 2017 SRS Sauvignon Blanc was made with fruit sourced from the Karridale sub region, long regarded as home to the finest sauvignon blanc wines of Margaret River. Free-run juice was wild fermented in both stainless steel and French oak. This vintage shows fruit in the pink grapefruit, guava and lychee spectrum. The palate is deliberately textured yet savoury, an excellent match for seafood.
