This exclusive shiraz made for the Qantas Centenary is from selected parcels of the Estate’s premium old vine fruit and blended with 3% viognier, showcasing the beauty of blending the classic Rhone varieties. Matured in a combination of old oak in the traditional Tahbilk style and a small proportion of new Missouri Ozark Mountain oak, this wine delivers rich dark berry, plum and pepper shiraz flavours with hints of the floral and apricot tones, characteristic of viognier.
