The Sky Spritz is an ode to Australian native botanicals, featuring Davidson Plum and Finger Lime, both of which hail from the subtropical rainforests of Queensland. SOFI called on the expertise of 5th generation winemaker Simon Gilbert from Mudgee to create this soaring Australian spritz, encapsulating some of the unique flavours of our country, everything is locally sourced.
