1. When will I receive my bonus Qantas Points

Any bonus Qantas Points earned in a transaction will be credited to your Frequent Flyer account within 15 days of purchase.

2. How do I log in to Qantas Wine?

Simply go to the top right corner of the homepage and click on the login button. You can login using your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number, last name and PIN.

3. Do I need to be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member to purchase from Qantas Wine?

Yes, but if you are not already a member, don't worry! If you are purchasing from Qantas Wine membership is complimentary. Join here now.  Terms and conditions apply.

4. Do I earn Qantas points when I buy from Qantas Wine?

Yes! As a Qantas Frequent Flyer member, you'll earn 1 Qantas Point^ for every dollar you spend.

As a Qantas Wine Premium Member, you'll earn 3 Qantas Points^ for every dollar you spend.

In addition, Qantas Wine regularly offers promotions with up to 10,000 bonus Qantas Points on cases of wine. To view these offers visit our Bonus Points page.

Base Qantas Points can be earned on cash only purchases and the cash component of Points Plus Pay purchases, but will not be earned on any part of your purchase made by redeeming Qantas Points.

Please allow up to 6 weeks for the points to be credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account, and if you have been waiting longer than 6 weeks you can contact our Customer Care team on 1800 505 004.

5. How can I track my order?

Once logged in, you can track your order online on the Your Account page. Click on the link in Order History and then click on the consignment ID URL for up-to-date order status.
