Standard delivery information

Delivery is free for Qantas Wine Premium members or for anyone who spends $300 and above on a single transaction.

Wine products and spirits

Qantas Wine works with a selection of delivery providers, such as Australia Post and Fastway, to ensure your order is delivered to you quickly and conveniently. While we do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time, and in accordance with your instructions, all deliveries are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant delivery provider.

Food and accessories

For orders of food and accessories, Qantas Wine has partnered with a range of specialist suppliers who will deliver these items straight to you. These items will come to you in a separate package sent directly by our partners and can sometimes have delivery restrictions (see product detail page).

Where your order contains perishable food items, we recommend that someone is available to receive the parcel on delivery, as we cannot guarantee the quality of perishable food items left unattended.

Delivery fees will apply to Qantas Frequent Flyer members who are not Qantas Wine Premium members and do not spend $300 or more.

Delivery to your home

Qantas Wine offers delivery within Australia. 

  • Free delivery on orders of $300 or more

  • Qantas Wine Premium members will receive free delivery on all orders as one of the benefits of their membership.

  • Wine subscription members will receive free delivery on their subscription products

Due to various factors, we have adjusted our delivery charges. These changes aim to maintain service quality while keeping costs reasonable. See below for the new estimated delivery fee and time based on your location:

Christmas cut-off dates

Qantas Wine orders are shipped with Australia Post from the East Coast. You can find their cut-off dates here

For your best chance to receive your order before Christmas and avoid disappointment, we highly recommend to order before 18th December, allowing an extra 5 days for regional areas and WA (14 December).

Can I get my order delivered when I'm not at home?

If you're not home, Australia Post has the authority to leave your parcel in a safe location at your delivery address. If there is no safe place to leave the parcel, it will be taken to a nearby Post Office for collection. For more information about delivery, visit our FAQ’s >

How is my Wine Subscription delivered?

If you subscribe to a Wine Subscription each case will be shipped within 48 hours of your quarterly payment being processed.

Your quarterly Wine Subscription will be posted to the default address that is saved in your Qantas Wine My Account section as at the time of processing your payment. Make sure you keep this information up to date so that you do not miss any deliveries. Any updates you make to your Qantas Frequent Flyer Your Account section will not automatically transfer to your Qantas Wine My Account details; you must update both of these separately.

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email advising that your order is on its way. This will include a tracking link. By clicking on this link you will get the most up-to-date status of your order from the courier service. Where available you may also receive status updates via email on your delivery from carriers. 

Or simply go to My Account section of the website, under Order History, and select your order number to view the delivery status. Here are the different statuses of an order:

  • Created- your order has been received and is being processed

  • Shipped - your order has been sent

  • Cancelled - your order has been cancelled

**New Qantas Wine Subscriptions: Members who have a Wine Subscription will earn bonus points if they retain the same Wine Subscription for four consecutive orders of the same case. Bonus points are contingent on the nominated Wine Subscription plan. Points will be credited to the member's Qantas Frequent Flyer account within 8 weeks of the final order delivery date.
