Vesper is named after the 6th canonical hour celebrated each late-afternoon and embodies rich, almost worshipful, qualities. Older and richer than 'Pale and Dry', it is blended exclusively from old Grande Champagne Cognacs. Vesper is a special cuve from Delamain, with the Cognacs used all coming from the Grande Champagne area and having an average age of around 35 years old. After assemblage, the blend is returned to oak casks for a further two years to marry. A dense, rich cognac showing plenty of leather and tobacco flavours.
