The Gaia Notios White 2019 features bright aromas. The Moschofilero contributes vibrant floral notes of rose petal and a lively fruity profile. The Roditis provides an elegant lemony character and crisp acidity. Gaia wines was launched in 1994 by agronomist Leon Keratsalos and oenologist Yiannis Paraskevoloupos with the release of their first wine: Thalassitis. To this day they are still ranked in the top echelon on producers on Santorini. This is in no doubt due to their tireless quest for knowledge and understanding. These two dominant varieties have been compatible for years and come from neighboring regions. Roditis Alepou originated from the mountainous Aigialeia, in approximately 1000 m altitude and Moschofilero, originated from the Arcadian plateau can be always blended harmoniously in all the wineries of the Peloponnese.
