2017 is a sensational vintage for Giant Steps Yarra Valley Syrah. Good intermittent rainfall with cool to mild temperatures, and not a day over 40 degrees during the summer months marked 2017 out as a classic cool climate vintage. Ideal growing conditions has produced a wine of incredible structure, detail and length. The wine is perfumed with red berry fruits with a touch of spice. Pure shiraz, integrated acid and tannins provides excellent finesse and length to the palate.
