2015 was an almost perfect growing season which allowed a long and even ripening period for fantastic flavour development for McWilliams 1877 Canberra Shiraz 2015. The wine has a floral perfume with spicy red fruits and fresh toasty oak on the nose. The palate is medium bodied with bright acidity and fine slatey tannins. The perfumed floral red fruits from the nose come through to the palate along with charcuterie and toasty oak completing the palate.
