A rich and powerful wine, the bouquet is bursting with red fruits, raspberry liquorice and dark chocolate. An elegant palate of juicy plum, mocha oak, fine grained tannins and bursting with tiny bubbles.

After two years maturing in five year old French oak barriques, and a further two years on tirage (yeast lees in individual bottles), this wine has developed a beautiful complexity. Nothing says ‘celebration’ more than the O’Leary Walker Great Eastern Sparkling Shiraz NV.
