The Penfolds g4 offers aromas of intense glossy elderberry, blackberry, ginger, roasted walnut, chestnut, vanilla, mocha aromas. This wine is richly concentrated, expansive and beautifully balanced with dense blackberry, black cherry, brambly flavours, ginger, vanilla, grilled nut complexity and fresh integrated acidity. Finishes firm and solid with liquorice chocolate notes. Fresh and juicy with all the elements still unsprung, despite the near two-decade maturation period of the oldest vintage.
