Philip Shaw Edinburgh NV is a chardonnay (60%) pinot noir (40%) méthode traditionnelle sparkling wine. It is fermented and aged for ten months in old white barriques. Bottle fermented with three years in maturation before disgorging. The perfect celebration drink to be served chilled.
