The Drives refers to the labyrinth of excavated tunnels stretching beneath the Seppelt Winery, where generations of wines have slowly matured since 1868. Composed of an elegant combination of chardonnay and Pinot Noir, this delicate sparkling wine exhibits refreshing fruit characters supported by subtle yeast characters and refreshing acid. Flavours are crisp and elegant, yet creamy with notes of citrus, rock melon and warm butter toast.
