The 2020 West Cape Howe Sauvignon Blanc is distinctively varietal, featuring fresh herbaceous characters that the variety is renowned for and early ripening has highlighted the fresh tropical characters and attractive floral notes. Tantalising lemon zest and delicious tropical fruit flavours on the palate. There's a good balance between these subtle, guava fruit flavours from the slightly riper picked grapes and the fresh, zingy acidity from the sauvignon blanc from our cooler blocks. Its a wine with good palate weight and a lovely, mouth filling, fresh acidity giving good length of flavour.
