  • 2 x 100g Cold Smoked Atlantic Salmon (hand-sliced)
  • 2 x 200g Hot Smoked Atlantic Salmon (Portion) 

Cold Smoking involves smoking the fish, once it has been dried, with controlled smoke at max 30 degrees C. This 24 hour process and the use of applewood chips gives the fish such a delicate smoke flavour that it melts in your mouth.

Hot Smoking involves smoking the fish over a naked fire for 20 minutes at 80-100 degrees C, using hard wood only. Can be eaten cold or used in your favourite recipe. 

DELIVERY NOTE: The packs are vacuum sealed and carefully packaged in a cooler box with ice cells for transit.
