Dark maroon, this offers notes of chocolate, dry herbs, florals, rose petals, tobacco leaves and dark berries. This is well balanced with good intensity and impressively integrated oak. It retains focus and finesse with the emergence of more cherry notes on the palate. Silky tannins and very good length, this is an outstanding Great Southern Shiraz and should drink beautifully over the next six to ten years.”
