Berne Romance is the fruit of a blend of highly-expressive grape varieties grown on limestone soils in the Mediterranean basin - the cradle of Berne. This cuvée was born out of a desire to instil our wines with an even lighter, fruitier and more refreshing personality. Curated with just as much care as our Côtes de Provence vintages, it benefits from our full expertise, from plot selection to night harvesting dates, grape blending and careful bottling in a protected atmosphere. The use of neutral gases, such as nitrogen, coupled with stringent temperature controls and, especially, careful stirring of fine lees for extra taste, allow us to preserve the wine's colour and delicate, fruity aromas.
