Our Staff Chardonnay is sourced from carefully selected vineyards in the Adelaide Hills. Sites in the northern Adelaide hills provide the warmth to produce lifted stone fruit and tropical fruit flavours while the cooler vineyard sites at the southern end add elegance, minerality and a wonderful linear acid line. Fermented and matured in French oak hogheads and puncheons, this wine is the perfect example of regional and varietal expression.
