Jericho have produced a fiano for 9 years and have shown to be one of the best fianos on the market with their years of making this wine. Fiano has shown himself to be a consistent quality over the years. It has distinctive fresh fruit flavours of fruit apricots, peach and pear characters. With these fruit characters the wine is an excellent pair with a wide range of food from seafood to white meat and soft cheese.
