The KOVAL Dry gin is made with the white Rye whiskey from the KOVAL whiskey distillery as a base. This very high quality base spirit gives it a lot of spicy aromas. The gin is then infused with a mix of spices, flowers and citrus to give it a dry style. Bottled at 47% this is a powerful gin. Like all KOVAL Spirits, the dry gin is certified organic and kosher and is made with a very clean heart cut, preserving only the most elegant aromas. 94 proof.
