Meticulously crafted, the tank and barrel-fermented batches are carefully assembled and aged in the bottle on yeast for over three years, resulting in a wine that is both fine and complex. To enhance its flavor, a dosage liqueur made from a carefully selected reserve of wines adds just under 4.0 g/L sugar, creating a powerful aperitif style that is best savoured now or over the next 5 or more years.
