Jam packed full of ripe blackberry and blood plum fruit notes with freshly cracked black pepper and subtle smoky oak notes. From the mild 2020 Pyrenees harvest, and co-fermented with 3% Viognier, this is a Shiraz of elegance and poise that is more on the finer and savoury 'Syrah' side of town. Plush and juicy drinking now, this is certainly a worthy Shiraz for the cellar.
