Mid-crimson with characters of red cherry, red plum and white peach with a touch of red apple skin. Hints of five-spice, gingerbread, cola, red licorice, redcurrant jelly, earth and pressed citrus blossom. Some nice detail and space on the palate with fine, pithy tannin grip, a bright mineral cadence and a touch of morello cherry on the savoury exit.”
