Cunliffe and Waters Chilli Con Carne with Salsa Picante

Serves 4

30 minutes to cook



  • 1 jar Cunliffe & Waters Salsa Picante

  • 500g minced beef

  • 1/2 tin of diced tomatoes

  • 1 can drained red kidney beans

  • 1 handful of fresh coriander

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Pan-fry the beef until just cooked

  2. Stir in the Salsa Picante, tomatoes and kidney beans

  3. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 20 minutes

  4. Remove from heat and season to taste

  5. Top with fresh coriander

  6. Serve with corn chips and a side of sour cream and/or guacamole
