Warm Korean Style Noodles

Serves 8 as part of a shared meal

30 minutes to cook

Complexity - Easy


  • 120g leftover meats, shredded

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

  • ½ tsp Korean chilli powder

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 3 spring onions, finely sliced, white and green part

  • Sea salt

  • 1 carrot, cut into fine julienne

  • ½ bunch English spinach, washed, blanched in boiling water,

refreshed in iced water, chopped

  • 100g fine egg noodles blanched and refreshed

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted

  • 1 tsp pine nuts, toasted and crushed


Toss everything in a bowl except the sesame seeds and pine nuts, dress well and pile on a

plate, sprinkle with seeds and nuts then serve
