Jericho McLaren Vale S3 Shiraz 2021

A generously dense, nonetheless, balanced Shiraz with complex spice and floral flavours typical of the Blewitt Springs sub region. A lovely intensity of rich, dark Shiraz flavours pair with elegant structure and plush tannins to lend this wine an air of easy drinkability. Bright fruits abound here – blackberries, cassis, and plums. Meandering throughout are floral notes of violets and lavender, mixing with delicate baking spice.

The 2019 vintage received 95 points in the James Halliday Wine Companion and is currently served on Qantas First Class.
