This mini bottle is served on Qantas flights, it's perfect for picnics, parties, travel and for those times you only feel like one glass. Light straw with a green edge. Bright fruit aromatics of pear and citrus, hints of spice, perfume and musk. Lively palate, gently textural, soft acidity, creamy finish. Grapes are gently crushed and pressed to minimise the natural pink colour of Pinot Grigio. The juice is fermented in stainless tanks with a small portion in older French oak casks. Lees are stirred regularly until final assembling of the blend.
