Champagne Lallier Blanc de Noir NV

A celebration of Lallier’s love for Pinot Noir, the blend of grapes comes from two Grand Cru terroirs (50% from the village of Ay and 50% from Verzenay). This 100% Pinot Noir cuvee is aged for 5 years, far longer than any other Lallier cuvee, to achieve more intensity of flavour (candied fruits and spice) yet remain delicate and dry with a dosage is 7g/L.

Réflexion R. embodies Lallier’s signature style; a perfect balance of four atmospheres: Freshness, Purity, Depth and Intensity. It captures the purest nature of Champagne terroir individuality, unveiling each year a unique expression. Wines from the 2020 harvest are intense and highly elegant with a beautiful aromatic persistence. Comprising of a majority of 2020 wines in the blend, R.020 is a very promising wine with a beautiful aging potential.

Champagne Lallier Reflexion R.020

Served in Qantas First Lounge, Lallier Reflexion R.020 displays a more floral and mineral intensity. The 2020 vintage was gloriously ripe but balanced and of impeccable quality. These perfect circumstances granted Lallier the opportunity to craft this exquisite R.020. The blend of 51% Chardonnay and 49% Pinot Noir has been aged for 36 months and has a dosage of 7g/L.

Made from 100% Chardonnay with the purity and freshness symbolic of the Cote des Blancs and the subtle generosity and delicate power of fruit coming from the Ay village terroir. This is a careful blend of vintages to consistently deliver the Lallier house style; Freshness, Purity, Depth, Intensity. It was aged for 36 months and has a dosage of 8g/L.
