Luzhou Laojiao National Cellar 1573 Spirit of China comes from the Guiness World Record as the oldest and most intact fermentation cellar in Ming Dynasty. The spirit is soft, mellow and elegant with a texture that is mild and sweet, clear free from impurities. This liquor carries the feelings of Chinese traditional culture, scholars, and literary pursuits. Kweichow Moutai Vintage 15 YO 500ml Baijiu

Kweichow Moutai is the most revered of Chinese liquors, awarded the honorable title of National Liquor, the highest accolade for any wine or spirit in China.

Moutai is a fascinating and intriguing product made in South-West China in a town by the same name. For over 2000 years it has been produced in the Guizhou Province of China. Generations and generations of families have passed down the secrets of its highly intricate production methods, which has earned it the reputation as China’s best quality and most fascinating spirit. People who work to produce Moutai usually spend their whole lives perfecting their craft.Moutai is highly regarded amongst people in Asia, is a prestigious gift and is a traditional drink to have with Chinese food, the same way one would enjoy high-quality Sake with Japanese food.

Made of organic sticky sorghum (similar to wheat), it takes five years to produce one bottle of Moutai. It is distilled 9 times and then aged 3 years in ceramic pots. The production cycle mirrors the Chinese lunar calendar. It is a complex beverage with a truly unique taste and history.

The Balvenie 16 Year Old French Oak Pineau Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky 700ml

The Balvenie French Oak is a vibrant single malt finished in casks previously held wine from the French Charentes vineyards. Pineau des Charentes is a fortified wine made from unfermented grape juice, to which a Cognac eau-de-vie is added and then matured. Pineau us also found as a home-made product in the neighbouring Deau-Sevres and Vendee departements. The Balvenie USA brand ambassador Lorne Cousin suggested Malt Master David C. Stewart MBE explore these casks after a trip to the region with his family where he fondly remembers sipping an aperitif. This is the first of The Balvenie finishes to explore French Oak. Pineau is akin to cognac in terms of production and flavour, allowing us to capitalise on the rise of this flavour profile and its premium credentials.

Penfolds 50 Year Old Rare Tawny Gift Box

The 50 Year Old Rare Tawny is a symbol of Penfolds heritage, typifying collaboration – Penfolds collaborated with glass artist Nick Mount to create individually blown and hand-crafted to suit the rarity of the wine. Among the many individual components in this blend is the 1915 vintage, reported to be the foundation for the first Grandfather cask.

Located in China's Guizhou Province, Kweichow Moutai is named after the town of the same name and can only be produced along the Chishui River where the town is located, which is the world’s most valuable liquor brand. Moutai is the original and typical representative of China's Jiang aroma liquor, and has been the "national liquor" of China for the last century. Most recently, Moutai has successfully shared the title of "World's Top Three Distilled Liquors" alongside Cognac and Scotch whisky. Moutai has a long history commencing in 135 BC, its predecessor, the Jujiang liquor produced around the current Moutai Town was chosen as an imperial tribute. In 1915, Moutai won the gold prize at the Panama Pacific International Exposition. Today, the ancient traditional technique is perfectly integrated with modern technology to create the No. 1 distilled liquor brand.

Balvenie 21 Year Old PortWood is an exceptional Single Malt Whisky, expertly refined over many years to reach the pinnacle of full rounded characterful taste perfection. Malt Master David Stewart, who has worked at the Distillery for over half a century is responsible for crafting the whisky in a single distillation and ageing it for 21 years in port casks to enhance and enrich the full boded single malt, whilst preserving its original characteristics. To ensure that just the right amount of character is imparted by the port casks, he samples the whisky regularly. Considered by many to be David&rsquo;s finest creation, this whisky is one of his proudest achievements and has won an array of highly coveted industry awards since its release in 1996.
