The Allegiance Unity Single Vineyard Yarra Valley Chardonnay 2018 features aromas of white florals, grapefruit, nectarine and fresh apple. A slight hint of nut and lemon curd creaminess from secondary winemaking elements complex with smoke and spice oak notes. The palate showcases fruit drive of grapefruit and white nectarine are upfront. Floral, and yellow stone fruit characters flow, while a rounding creaminess is generous through the length of the palate. Supported by savoury and textural elements and a firm acid, the wine holds a great line, riding long and full of flavour.
