Centennial Vineyards NV Blanc de Blancs is made entirely from selected chardonnay parcels from Bowral vineyards in the Southern Highlands. Made in small quantities when the fruit quality is exceptional, each vine is hand pruned, hand cropped and hand-picked. This wine is a fine, elegant, complex sparkling and a wonderful expression of climate, hand-tended vines, nurture and patience.
