The Chartron and Trebuchet Meursault 2018 offer aromas of honeysuckle, fern, candied lemon, brioche and toasted bread form the bouquet. The palate is tasty with some notes of almond paste and hazelnuts. The finish is both saline and crispy. Chartron et Trebuche was founded in 1984 by the long established Burgundy winery Moillard-Grivot. From one vintage to another, Chartron et Trebuchet established its signature and built a solid reputation for quality. Strengthened by this knowledge, the Maison then spread its range to red burgundy wines with the will to respect and perpetuate the image of this great Burgundy wine producer. The wines are often described as fascinating complexity, unique, excellence, high quality and elegant refinement.
