HOW IT WORKS?
Our Wine Plans are seasonal and delivered free to our Premium members quarterly. When signing up to a Wine Plan subscription, your first case of wine will be processed for payment and shipped within 2-4 days. Payment can be made using cash or by redeeming Qantas Points.
All subsequent Wine Plan payments and deliveries will fall into the quarterly Wine Plan cycle and be processed for payment and shipped on, or shortly after, the first of the month. Our quarterly Wine Plan cycle run on is 1 November, 1 February, 1 May and 1 August.
You will receive an email notification the week prior, to remind you of your forthcoming Wine Plan delivery. We will also ask you to check that your payment details and delivery address are up to date.
Plus, there is no lock-in contract; you can pause and restart your Wine Plan anytime. Just call the Qantas Wine customer care team on 1800 505 004 available Monday to Saturday 8am to 7pm (AEST/AEDT) except AU-wide public holidays.
COMPLIMENTARY PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP
When signing up to a Wine Plan, Qantas Frequent Flyer members receive complimentary Qantas Wine Premium membership for at least 12 months, and can enjoy 3 Qantas Points per $1* spent on all purchases as well as access to exclusive events.
