More than three decades ago Neil Perry and Jeffrey Grosset agreed to produce artisan, hand crafted wines from organically grown fruit, to be produced in tiny quantities for the exclusive enjoyment of Rockpool diners. These wines are now available from Qantas Wine.

Two generously flavoured grape varieties, shiraz and cabernet sauvignon, have been seamlessly blended to produce the Rockpool Shiraz Cabernet 2017.

Dark plum and mulberry with a hint of black cherry and pepper sit atop a deliciously fleshy texture and gentle and lingering tannins. Perfectly balanced.
