Made from parcels of fruit sourced from McLaren Vale, Clare Valley and the Pyrenees in Victoria, the wine has aromas of bouquet tar, leather, mulberry, dark chocolate, mocha and flashes of black pepper. The palate is smooth, silky and dense with a long elegant finish. The fruit is the highlight and the oak provides a complimentary shell which forms the body of the wine.
