Cape to Cape Shiraz is sourced from a number of vineyards in the South West, with the parcels of fruit fermented separately with frequent pumping over to maximise the colour and flavour extracted from the skins. After pressing out, the Shiraz goes to barrel for maturation for at least 12 months before the blend is put together. We are producing an approachable, well flavoured wine and there is minimal filtration ahead of bottling.
