Classic smoked salmon the ‘Woodbridge Way' smoked with organic apple wood chips straight from the orchard. The Woodbridge Smokehouse Premium Salmon Pack inclues a selection of Woodbridge smoked Atlantic Salmon products:

  • 2 x 100g cold smoked packs (hand-sliced)
  • 2 x 200g hot smoked packs
  • Whole side of cold smoked salmon 1kg (hand-sliced)

Cold Smoking involves smoking the fish, once it has been dried, with controlled smoke at max 30 degrees C. This 24 hour process and the use of applewood chips gives the fish it's delicate smoke flavour.

Hot smoking involves smoking the fish over a naked fire for 20 minutes at 80-100 degrees C.

The packs are vacuum sealed and carefully packaged in a cooler box with ice cells for transit.
