Aerstone Sea Cask is so-called because some of our warehouses are situated right by the sea exposed to the cooler sea air and perched on the intense environs of the Ayrshire coast, of Scotland. This impacts the 10-year maturation process and delivers a smooth whisky with a hint of sea salt. This bottle is one of two distinctive styles in the Aerstone's range - Rich & Smoky or Smooth & Easy - their taste profile clearly defined on the bottle and pack.
