Qantas Wine accepts product returns for a change of mind or where items were damaged or faulty upon delivery, within 30 days of receipt. For change of mind returns, product(s) must be unopened and returned to Qantas in the condition in which it was received by the member. If you would like to return a product, you can lodge a return request through our Returns Portal.  Members must have a sufficient Qantas Points balance to allow for the deduction from their account of any Qantas Points that were awarded in connection with the order being returned.
