The fruit for this Pinot Gris was hand harvested from 3 Tasmanian subregions: Coal River Valley, Tamar Valley and Derwent Valley. Classic aromas of pear and cinnamon precede a rich palate of peach and melon. The mouthfeel is beautifully smooth with a long finish.
