”Fermentation was in a mix of stainless steel tanks and new and older French oak hogsheads. Maturation was over a five month period. The final wine was a selection from the best barrels. Lemon straw in colour, the nose reveals notes of citrus, pears and florals with hazelnuts, grapefruits and a minerally backing. Bold flavours here, finishing with a hint of honeycomb. A refreshing style, there is bright acidity, good balance and a lingering finish. A wine which will surely be a crowd pleaser. Enjoy this over the next four to six years.”
