The Bird in Hand Nest Egg Cabernet Sauvignon 2012 is outstanding and were only created 9,864 individually numbered bottles. Crushed into small open fermenting tanks then matured for 18 months in the finest French oak, this extremely limited wine will cellar exceptionally well and reward the patient and discerning collector.
