Shiraz was the first red grape variety planted in Langhorne Creek at Bleasdale in 1858. Drinking well now, but with the potential to be a long term cellaring prospect if desired. After a period of cellaring, it is normal for some sediment to form. Decanting one hour before drinking is recommended.
