”This tickles the fancies. It’s slick and ultra-creamy yet cut with saline acidity and a prism of ultra fine, vigorous bubbles. Scents and flavours of apple pie dashed with cinnamon, vanilla cream, frisky lime juice, just-ripe white peach, green/white strawberry and a dash of crème brûlée. While quite rich, it sits at medium weight, the finish a little tacky but does mop up on that saline mineral pulse and there’s a tickle of bubbles too. It feels very elegant. The eight grams residual lends some polish, but nicely so. A very broad spectrum appeal at a fancier price point. ”
