The Cimicky Cellar Selection exemplifies the traditional fruit-forward Barossa style shiraz. The aroma displays lifted ground spice, prunes, plum, leather and chocolate. The palate is lush and juicy. 26 months in oak gives lots of roast nut, vanilla flavour and soft sweet tannins. The wine is also matured more than 12 months in bottle before it's released which produces softer, plusher texture in the wine.
