The 2021 Fetherston Chardonnay is a spectacular single vineyard wine from Swallowfield Vineyard, Gembrook. The fruit is all hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed and fermented wild (indigenous yeast) in ultra-tight grain, French oak puncheons. Minimal fining and handling has resulted in an incredibly pure, bright and energetic Chardonnay, displaying citrus, white flowers, white peach and integrated spice elements.
